60-Day Return Window: You can return your item for a full refund within 60 days of delivery. Please note that the cost of shipping the product back to us will be your responsibility, as we strive to keep our prices competitive and our policies fair for all customers.

Condition of Returns: We accept returns on products that are in their original condition. Unfortunately, we cannot issue refunds for items that have been intentionally damaged. We ask for your honesty and integrity when requesting a return.

Lost in Transit: For items lost in transit valued under $100, we will happily provide a free replacement. Should your item(s) valued over $100 get lost, and tracking confirms delivery, we offer a 50% discount on replacing the order. This policy helps us safeguard against fraudulent claims and ensures fairness in our processes.

Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged or is not working as expected, you are entitled to one free replacement. In such cases, there's no need to return the original item to us. Simply send us a photo or video evidence of the issue, and we will expedite a replacement to resolve the situation promptly.
